No, this is a learning pathway that includes lessons on self-concept, movement and meditation and energy management. You wlll be given tools to evaluate your current physical and mental fitness and be challenged to create methods that work for you based on your learnings.
We highly encourage the LIVE attendance of these calls to get the greatest benefit of community support and even an opportunity to receive coaching along your journey. The community/coach calls will be the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month using a private Zoom room with your classmates and Conscious Fitness Coach. Recordings may be available upon request.
There's no final "end point" to finding peace with your body, but there are check points. This course will give you steps that are necessary for up-leveling your energy to feel good with healthy habits, un-learning old beliefs about our bodies, diets, and approaches to fitness, and allow you several opportunities to create and co-create your 'pathway' to body peace. Think of this course as the launching pad for huge transformation in your physical and mental wellness and ultimately, fitness (the opposite of illness).
You will have evergreen access to this course. It may take 21 days on the dot. However, for many, this may take more than, or even several months or up to one year. This course was made with nearly a decade of experience, education, knowledge, and coaching specific 1:1 clients through the CD FITNESS CORE Coaching Method virtually and in-person.
