With over ten years of personal experience, coaching over hundred women 1:1 and in groups with their body image and mindset, and certifications in fitness, nutrition, health and life coaching, Cheryl wants you to arrive to body peace too. This course will teach you the formula you need to be successful in your fitness from the inside to the out. From someone who's embodied her practice and wants nothing but success for her clients and students, Cheryl is here to support you, not "tell you what to do" as the fitness and diet industry has conditioned many of us to subscribe to. Conscious awareness of our desired states will drive diligent action, as we learn to love ourselves more in the skin we're in.

FAQ

  • Is this a diet or exercise plan?

    No, you will be given some sample workouts and inspirations for meal ideas and recipes within our community space and on our coaching calls. PRE-LAUNCH enrollees will receive a BONUS fitness portion!

  • What if I can't make the community/coach calls?

    We highly encourage the LIVE attendance of these calls to get the greatest benefit of community support and even an opportunity to receive coaching along your journey. The community/coach calls will be the 1st and Tuesday of every month using a private Zoom room with your community members and Conscious Fitness Coach. Recordings may be available upon request.

  • How will I know if the formula works for me?

    There's no final "end point" or "right answer" to getting to the result of your first enrollment in this course, but you WILL feel differently and more energized. You WILL notice your confidence starting to rise, and you may even surprise yourself with so many growthspurts outside of your fitness when committing to this formulaic approach to your fitness. This course will allow you to re-visit at different seasons of your life and you will be so glad that it can apply to any one of those seasons to help you through your next big breakthrough, queen!

  • How long will I have to complete the course?

    You will have 6 months of access to this course. It may take a few months, or the full 6. We have seen that clients who have made significant lifestyle and mindset changes within the 6-month time frame have been able to maintain their results and perhaps revisit a new goal with this formula when the time is right for them. This course was made with nearly a decade of experience, education, knowledge, and coaching specific 1:1 clients through the CD FITNESS Coaching Methods virtually and in-person.
